SCAN FOR MENU
Fill in the field on the left to generate your QR code.
The QR points somewhere — make it count
Get a real online order page in 60 seconds
A free BakeProfit order page gives you a branded menu, online cake order form, and payments at one link. Point your QR code at it — every box, card, and Instagram bio becomes a way to order.
Where bakers put QR codes
One QR code printed in the right place can replace a hundred "DM me for the menu" replies.
Packaging stickers & cake boxes
A small QR on every box turns one happy customer into the next ten orders. Best paired with a menu link or your Instagram so they can re-find you.
Business cards & thank-you notes
Customers lose business cards. A QR makes it one scan to save your contact, follow you on Instagram, or place an order on WhatsApp.
Farmers market & pop-up table tents
A bold QR with a clear caption (SCAN TO ORDER, FOLLOW US) outperforms a chalk-written URL every time. Test scan from 1–2 metres away.
Custom cake care cards
Print storage and cutting instructions on a card with a QR linking to a video tutorial or your full menu — adds perceived value without extra cost.
Instagram Stories & Reels
Display the QR on-screen so people watching on a desktop or sharing the post can still reach your menu. The link in bio only works on the app itself.
Wedding & event signage
A small QR on the dessert table connects guests to your portfolio — turning every wedding into a discovery channel.
QR code printing tips
Minimum sizes
- • Packaging stickers: 2 cm / 0.8"
- • Business cards: 3 cm / 1.2"
- • Table tents: 5 cm / 2"
- • Posters / signage: 10 cm / 4"+
Use SVG for printing
SVG stays sharp at any size — ideal for stickers, packaging, and signage. PNG is fine for screens and social posts.
Contrast matters
Dark code on a light background scans most reliably. Avoid light pastel codes — they fail in dim cafe lighting.
Add a caption
A short caption ("SCAN FOR MENU", "ORDER ON WHATSAPP") doubles scan rates. People scan things they understand.
Common questions
Is this QR code generator really free?
Yes — no signup, no watermark, no expiry, no usage limit. Download unlimited QR codes as PNG or SVG.
Will the QR code expire?
No. The link is encoded directly into the image. As long as the destination URL works, the QR code works forever.
Can I add my bakery logo in the centre?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG and we centre it with extra padding. We use the highest error correction so the code still scans reliably.
What size should I print my QR code?
Minimum 2 cm for packaging, 3 cm for cards, 5 cm+ for table tents. Always test from the distance customers will scan at.
Does this work for Instagram bios?
For the bio itself just paste the same link directly — bios are tappable. QR codes are for printed and on-screen surfaces where customers can scan with their phone camera.
What if I do not have a menu link yet?
Build a free BakeProfit Storefront in about 60 seconds — it gives you a branded menu, online ordering, and payments at one shareable link. Then point this QR code at it.
